Cedar Stuffed Vine Leaves, or Dolma, is a stuffed vegetable dish common in Mediterranean cuisine and surrounding regions. This particular stuffed vine leave product is stuffed with rice, onions and various herbs.
The Origin of Dolma
Dolmas prepared with olive oil and stuffed with rice are generally served cold with a garlic-yogurt sauce. Dolmas are also common in Greek and Italian cuisine. Dolma, according to some, originated in Armenia and went from there to Turkey.
